Attendance: Sonya Fitak, Hilary Forbes, Nancy Freitag, Chuck Garrigues, Pat Garrigues, Becky Glamm, Paul Gunderson, Diana Hankes, Valerie Lau, John McCormick, Ken Phipps, Vicki Phipps, Cynthia Schrage
Midwest Scottish Weekend
It was held May 18 to May 20, 2012 at Beloit College, Beloit, Wisconsin.
It is planned on being held at Beloit College next year from June 7 to June 9, 2013.
It made very little amount of money
It will be held annually
About 40 to 50 people attended
It is still being planned to be held annually as opposed to every other year

Spring Dance
The Spring Dance was held at the DeKoven Center in Racine, Wisconsin and about 16 people attended for dancing and swimming. We get a fantastic rate and hopefully, we can encourage more people to attend our Spring Dance.

This is an ongoing topic and we are trying to come up with different ways to get people to come and join our group.
Treasurer’s Report
Total Expenses in 2012 YTD are $2,243.55
Total Cash and Bank Accounts - $7,706.92
Nancy approved and Paul Gunderson seconded the motion.
Halloween Dance
Sonya, Paul and Vicki to put dance program together.
It will be held at St. Paul’s, Milwaukee, on Saturday October 27, 2012
Officers for the 2012 – 2013 Milwaukee Scottish Country Dancers
It was unanimously approved that the Board will be:
Chuck Garrigues – President
Ken Phipps – Vice President
Valerie Lau – Secretary
Vicki Phipps – Treasurer
Member at Large – Nancy Frietag
