Attendance: Sonya Fitak, Chuck Garrigues, Paul Gunderson, Vicki Phipps, Becky Glamm, Valerie Lau and John McCormick

The minutes were read from the last meeting and were approved by everyone.

Treasurer Report
Vicki gave the Treasurers Report and as of March 12, 2012.

Most of our money at this time is going towards the renting of Our Lord’s and St. Paul.

Proposed Budget for 2012 was not discussed at this meeting.

Sonya motioned to approve the Treasurers Report, Becky Glamm, seconded, Treasurers Report was approved.

Midwest Weekend
Midwest Scottish Weekend scheduled for May 18 to May 20 at Beloit College, in Beloit, Wisconsin

We would like to provide a full refund for a couple who attends the full weekend.
Sonya made the motion, and Becky Glamm, seconded.

Spring Dance & Pool Party
Chuck was calling to see if date is available for June 9, 2012 for our Spring Dance at DeKoven Center, in Racine, Wisconsin.

Vicki, Paul and Sonya will be working on the program.

Halloween Dance
Last year in 2011 we had our Halloween Dance at the Marion Center in Milwaukee; we are welcome to go back there. Sonya will check and see on the availability of St. Paul’s since this past year we were unable to hold the Halloween Dance there because of the remodeling that was going on at the church.

We are planning on having the dance on October 27, from 2:00 to 6:00 with T.J. and Amanda that performed for us at the Marion Center. Sonya will be calling them and confirming the date with them.

Next Meeting
Our next general meeting will be held on June 18 to vote on our next Board of Officers.

Addendum
On May 14, 2012, Ken Phipps proposed to only have one member at large as opposed to two.
Diana made a motion to approve Ken’s proposal and the motion was approved.
