Meeting Minutes

Attendance:  Pete, Rebecca, Janice, John Fitak and Val

 

We had a Zoom meeting to discuss our Halloween Dance coming up on October 26, 2024.

 

We will have people pay at the door and Wandy will be there to collect the money.

 

We need someone to decorate – Val volunteered

 

We thought if we donated $50 to the decorating committee, we would be able to enhance the decorations.

 

We decided that it will be teachers only, that will be the briefers for the dances.

 

Pete is going to do a sign-up sheet as to what food people will bring so that we don’t get too much of the same thing.

 

We would like to have a SILENT AUCTION -   we tabled it for our next meeting.  The understanding is that if it is a donation for that item no tax implication will be incurred.

·        Water / Snacks for Musicians – Pete

·        Selection for Costume Winner – Pete and Christine

·        Organize Set up / tables, chairs, help band unload – John Fitak
