Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

7.30pm

Attendance: John Mccormick, Sr. Dorcas, Hilary Forbes, Ken Phipps, Vicki Phipps,

John M presented details of new sound equipment that would be suitable for our music requirements:
    Yamaha MSR100 Powered Speaker
    Superscope PSD-220-Tempo Change

After reviewing the information the board agreed unanimously to purchase the equipment. John McCormick and Ron Hankes will complete the purchase.

Meeting closed at 7.40pm
